Return Instructions:
Within 60 days of receipt you can visitfloto.com/easyto print a return UPSlabel and send itback to us for any reason. While the shipping label is free for U.S. orders placed on www.floto.com, there is a restocking fee of $8.50 for returns. The Easy Returns system only works for U.S. orders placed on www.floto.com, for International orders, return shipping is the customer responsibility. You can use any carrier you choose, but we strongly recommend that you get some form of tracking and hold onto it until your return has been received and refund confirmed.
Floto Monogram Return Policy – once you personalize a Floto leather bag, it’s yours and you cannot return it for remorse, however, it is still covered under warranty.
Exchange Instructions:
If you would like to exchange for the same bag or different color please visit floto.com/easyto initiate the exchange and print a return label. Our system will automatically generate a new order thatwill shipwhen the return is in transit back to us.
If you would like toexchange for a differentstyle please visit floto.com/easyto print a return label. You can choose to Refund the original order or receive a Store Credit to place a new order for the desired item.
