Same here. No other company has ever lied to me until Rogers. Was just asking myself if I'd be willing to go back even for free and not sure I would.

Telus/Koodo has that, but Rogers/Fido does not. If you don't get a call, you're out of luck.

I know it might be a little hassle to switch but you need to hop around every 2 years because ROBELUS customer loyalty means nothing to them. I switch to Rogers from Bell recently after 2 years because their CS is just awful. After the switch and they keep asking me if price is my main concern. I told them no and they keep pushing retention deals that doesn't come close to Rogers new activation deals. I'm not putting my faith in Rogers customer service either but I plan to shop around every 2 years to keep competition competitive.

Damn that's a sweet deal. Just switched to Telus from Fido for $40 US/CAD with device financing... kinda hoping Rogers will call me with the same offer because I like to keep my 2% cashback on their credit card I have

Had a call from one of many winback agents a while ago, and I said something like "I wouldn't even go back to Rogers if you paid me."
He accepted the challenge and said, "what if I was able to give you free service for 6 months?"... I thought about it for a few seconds and said "not even if you gave it to me for 2 years."
That was the end of that conversation, and I don't even regret it.
